Is It Possible to Use Water As Fuel?

When you are looking for a guide or instructional manual that shows you how to convert your vehicle, you want to make sure that you get something that’s extensive and complete.  You want to make sure that you receive a full listing of all of the ingredients and materials that you will need along with detailed directions.  Essentially, look for a plan that is complete. Before you spend any money on a guide, make sure that it has all of these attributes.
